I want to learn Spanish to travel, to read literature and history, and possibly to find work. I have an intermediate level of Spanish with a good base in grammar, but need to practice all listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. I have no gift for languages, but I can work hard and have learned French, German, and Italian ... and also forgotten much of my German and nearly all of my Italian. I hope to get them back though. I would like to have classes or study several hours per week, though how much will depend in part on the price. Teachers need simply to be organized and interesting.

I'm currently studying at McGill and will graduate in a year. I would like to work in Spain after I graduate. I've already taken beginners spanish course at scholl but it was three years ago so I need to refresh my memory in order to continue taking intermediate level course.
During August I want to take two hours per day, five times a week. And after one month I would continue however it wont be as intense as August considerng that school will start in september.

I'm interested in finding a teacher to help me learn Russian. I've started learning it on my own (still a beginner) but I'm finding it more difficult than other languages. I'd like to focus on grammar but also conversation. As I'm already learning two other languages at school and I have a job, I think it would be best to spend about an hour a week having lessons in person and then communicate through e-mail (or something like that) during the rest of the week. I'd like a teacher who is patient and above all, friendly and willing to help :D

I would like to learn Spanish. I only know a few sentences but I can speak French which should help.I would like to get to the point where I am a least interact with native Spanish speakers without or with minimal outside help. Looking to do 60 minute sessions one on one once a week.

I am hoping to improve my Spanish because I will be moving to Peru in September to conduct field research for my PhD thesis.
I lived in Lima, Peru for a summer 4 years ago. Since then I have no used my Spanish so I am a bit rusty. I would say I'm at an intermediate/ beginner level.
I need most help with conversation and reading.
I would like to take classes 3-4 days a week for 1 hour (in-person).
I would like my teacher to be female and from South America.
