Annyeong haseyo!
My name is Stephanie, and I am a beginner at learning Korean. I am interested in learning the language at a conversationa l fluency, if not to a greater ability. I have a very basic grasp of the language, a few phrases here and there. I am yet to learn Hangul, and do not have any grammatical skill in the language. I am also wanting to learn to write correctly in Korean.
It is my plan to visit Korea for an extended period of time, possibly live there. I would like to have a fluency that will not cause insult to citizens, or embarrass myself. This is a long term goal.
I am looking to study two days a week, possibly more. I work part time, so I have a flexible schedule. I'm more than willing to negotiate costs.
I am hoping to find a teacher that is patient and kind, and has a sense of humor. They might have some written material I can study and/or assign me weekly homework. I hope we can be friends!

We are a private school on the Gold Coast and are looking for 2 qualified teachers, one of Vietnamese and one of Korean, to teach after school to 2 small groups of Vietnamese and Korean students to prepare them for the external Vietnamese and Korean exams next October. Appropriate award rates of pay will apply. The teaching will be at school after 1530.
