I was born in Australia and only speak english however due to personal reasons I feel it necessary and a matter of respect that I learn Urdu so I may be able to converse fluently and understand Urdu within my family. I require to learn everything to do with grammar and speech.
It is extremely important to learn Urdu and as such will devote much time to lessons and self-learning . To me having a patient and understanding teacher is important and would help to facilitate my successful learning. The teacher should also be friendly and dedicated to teaching.

I was born in Australia to Indian parents but we only spoke english at home as my parents thought we would go through school easier if we knew english. I hate not knowing any hindi/urdu as my whole family talks to my siblings and i in english and it can be quite embarrasing some times. I would need to learn everything, from beginning to end. I would dedicate as much time as necessary and would like a teacher that has a friendly open minded approach.
