I have a close friendship with a Cambodian and I have visited Cambodia and found it most rewarding in its people ,culture and history and I would like to communicate on a personal level by learning to speak KHMER.I am a beginner and I would like at least two lessons a week. I would like to speak the basic language so I can communicate effectively with the Cambodian people.

I am interested in studying to learn Khmer, the native language of Cambodia.
My partner is volunteering for an organization that provides funding for aid and development to local Cambodian organizations , and I believe this would be of great benefit to her.
Learnin g the local language would provide invaluable for her in country monitoring trips, and it would make her very proud to be able to directly converse with the local people when in Cambodia.
I would like to study Khmer with her because it is something that she would love.
We are able to dedicate 1-2 face time sessions per week, with additional practice time outside formal lessons.
W e are looking for someone who can provide beginner and upwards tutoring for small size classes, perhaps even private lessons, and possibly someone who's native language is Khmer.
