My wife is Ethiopian but our son and daughter, joshua and Emily, aged 8 and 6 respctively only speak English and we would like them to learn Amharic. Obviously my wife, Mestawat does speak fluent Amharic but the children only speak English at home.
I do speak some Amharic, but only a little. I may like to learn too!

Beginner. I would like to learn conversationa l Amharic, but would also like to learn to read and write Amharic. I have had some lessons in the past, and am familiar with Fideul. I have travelled to Ethiopia in the past, and will be travelling again in the future. I would be interested in a weekly lesson of 1 - 2 hours,and would like to have homework to complete between lessons.
