hi i am wikalp from chennai. Learning languages is my passion. I am proficient in Hindi, English, Urdu, Telugu and Tamil. I have a knowledge of almost all the Indian scripts. Right now im keen on improving my punjabi. I can read and write Punjabi and can make out clearly what is being spoken but i cant speak confidently. Im intending to spend a month and half in amritsar to learn colloquial majha punjabi and to introduce myself to Punjabi literature. I need good practice of spoken punjabi. Im looking for a teacher who can help me with punjabi prose and poetry and also give me a good practise of speaking fluently in punjabi within a month........

i am looking for a tutor to teach me punjabi for about two months intesively everyday. I am a UK/Indian and Sikh who has learnt Punjabi until now. i want to learn the language in order to understand and integrate more with my people and so that I can pass the culture and language down to my children. I am 26 years old. I am available to start asap as i am currently in India and have been for the last month. I am looking for atop quality tutor at a reasonable cost who shows a personal interst in me as a person and who gets satisfaction from seeing me learn and develop quickly within the time we have together. I am also interested to learn more about sikhism and the associated rituals and traditions.
