Basically is need to learn the know conversation is the most important, writting, grammar is not so into it.

90% of my customers are Japanese, so as to provide them with better service i think to upgrade and learn Japanese is a need. However, I am in Indonesia currently but will be off and on going back to my hometown once in a mth or 2 mths. I need a teacher that knows how to teach me abt Japanese Business culture , term using in metal stamping industry and so on. My japanese level would be intermediate.
