I want to learn Russian language due to job nature. Don't have any basic, need to start from zero. (Beginner level). Conversation will be my biggest concern, I hope to type in Russian too. I can allocate 2-3 times per week. The teacher I am looking for is someone organize, I would prefer if you have a textbook, accessible with good english. thanks.

I'm going to pursue my studies abroad which in Russia. I have never converse in Russian. So I think my level would be beginner. I just want to write and hold a fluent conversation in Russian. I would commit 100% since I would be flying off end of August 2012. I don't mind anyqualificat ions as long as the teacher can teach me Russian in a short amount of time.

I'm learning Russian to speak with my girlfriend's family. She's from Kazakhstan.
I'd like to be reasonably proficient for simple everyday conversation -- to understand and converse with people and of course, be able to read.
I am a total beginner and only know like 5-6 words.
I can come for classes twice a week. I leave for Kazakhstan in 6 weeks.
I'd like a teacher who is fun, patient and understanding . If you're the shouting type, forget it. We'll end up killing each other. :-) Someone who will show me the way and make it fun to learn.
I also want a teacher who will make me speak Russian and not use too much English during class.
