I would be a beginner at Spanish. I am interested to learn it because i have heard that it is most widely spoken in Europe. I am willing to dedicate 1 to 2 hours per week for lessons. Qualities which I am looking for in my teacher are the ability impart the language in its form well and be able to speak some English in order to explain the language; from the lessons, some exposure to the culture, conversationa l skills focussing on pronunciation and grammar, basic spelling and recognition of words.

The reason why I wish to learn a foreign language is to increase my social skills and enhance my career advancement with regards to the Mandarin language. Despite having Chinese heritage I unfortunately cannot speak the language and would like to increase my knowledge in this field. WIth regards to learning Spanish it is just something that I has always been a language I had wanted to learn.
Pro ficiency Level: Beginner
A reas of Improvement: Conversation as the main purpose of me taking this lessons is to learn how to converse in the said languages.
Time: I would like to dedicate at least 3 months to my language course and be able to speak conversationa l Mandarin/Span ish within that time.
Qual ities: I would like a lesson where the sole focus is ensuring that I will be able to speak the language. The teacher must be firm with regards to making sure I pronounce, articulate, converse and focus on learning the subject. I'm also looking for a reasonable priced course.

I am interested in learning Spanish because I am studying in the US and Spanish is the 2nd language of the country. I do not have any experience in learning Spanish. I want to focus more on conversing in Spanish but It would be nice to learn how to write too. I am back for the summer holidays until Aug 29th and i can commit about 1-2 hours every day. I am basically looking for an experienced teacher who charges a reasonable fee.

I am interested in learning Spanish and French. The basic reason is for my personal development and also that I love these languages. Also they would come in handy for international business. I learnt French as a child, so I understand a few of the basics or what I can remember. I also bought some hardcover and audio books on Spanish, but its difficult practicing or learning without any help.
