I have been studying Mandarin for years but it seems like I'm not improving much. My Major in college is Chinese Studies and I'd like to develop Mandarin skills before I graduate. I need improvement on speaking, grammar etc.

we are looking for a mandarin teacher for my daughter. she is a beginner, and decided not to send her to a chinese education proper.
preferably (3) three times a week for 2-3 hours a day, after school hours which is noon time. we are looking for a long-term teaching and could offer us an annual rate.
we are looking for a teacher that could both speak tagalog and english fluently for our daughter to very well comprehend. we prefer the new kind of teaching such as ping yin, and new characters. our priority is for her to converse well.
we will highly appreciated if the teacher has his/her curriculum to follow and materials as well.
