i want to learn afrikaans for my own personal use. i also plan to go to south africa one day as i find it a really fascinating place.
i have no experience with afrikaans at all.
i want to dedicate six to eight hours in a week of my time to learn the language, although this is not a strict rule.
i'm looking for a teacher who's both conversationa l and technical in teaching the lessons. i'd also prefer a teacher who is open to long explanations of a meaning.
