I am a Singaporean chinese. I want to learn bisaya, i have a girlfriend living in Tagum City, we plan to have our wedding end of this year, we are also planning to set up a restaurant too in the near future. i want to be able to speak and understand the language. I know a few simple bisaya words but i want to learn to conversate with with people. I also notice the people in Tagum speak bisaya mix with a bit of tagalog. I am able to take up 3 lessons or spend 6 hours in a week. Hopefully the teacher know about the bisaya spoken in Tagum City.

I lived in the Philippines for several years but only picked up very rudimentary Tagalog.
I now have babies in Leyte who unfortunately only speak bisaya. We love each other to death but having a translator(my asawa most times) to speak to my own babies is pretty pathetic.
I am very very keen to learn Bisaya so that I can communicate with my immediate and extended family comfortably. I want to utilize every advantage that I can to jumpstart the process.
