I am a South African Indian of Telugu descent. I would like to learn Telugu to become more cultured and to hopefully one day travel to Andhra Pradesh to learn more about Andhra culture.
I am a beginner and have no real grasp of the Telugu language. Therefore i will require someone who is able to teach from the basics.
I currently have a very demanding career, maiking it difficult to set aside as much time as i would like to spend on learing Telugu, however i would like to spend about 2 hours a week on lessons and hopefully as time goes on increase this amount.
My teacher will have to be able to speak English and will need to be paitent, because i doubt i will be able to get the dialect correct for a while.

I would like to learn to speak Telegu. My parents and other elders are fluent speakers. I am not interested in learning to read or write, however if it is possible to, then I would like to consider it as well.
I am a beginner.
I would prefer a 2 hour lesson at the weekend please as I am working full time.

i would like to learn telegu as this is my mother tongue, i did do brief lessons in primary school but would like to learn the language on a greater extent, this is for a personal advancement. i would like to start fro, the begininig. Once a week on a saturday would be perfect for lessons, and i just would like the teacher to be of a telegu background and actually understand the language opposed to reading out of a book.
