Hello-
My name is Dave. I am from the United States, specifically California, where I am a student at the University of California in San Diego. However, this summer I am working as an engineering intern in Valencia, Spain. In early September I am traveling to Bulgaria with my girlfriend to meet her family. While my girlfriend lives in the USA, she was born in Bulgaria and her whole family is very Bulgarian. She is the love of my life, and for this reason I would like to learn her native language. I really want to be able to say hello and speak a basic amount of Bulgarian to her family members. I realize that the time frame is short, but I would want to continue learning more after our trip to Bulgaria is over and I return to the States.
I hope there is a teacher nearby who might be able to help me!
