I had a good background in beginning French in the mid-60's learning Voix et Images de France. Then on to UC Berkeley where it was all written. Now, I plan to visit both Canada and France and want to become conversant in the daily language. I have a pretty good accent (from learning to speak before learning to read...Voici Monsieur Thibeaut!) I am looking for a class or tutor who will work with me. I am a disciplined professional and serious about becoming fluent. I have a year to improve my skills an believe this is a reasonable goal. I am willing to travel an hour or so for classes or tutoring.
