I have a home near Meaux where I spend approximately 4-6 weeks per year. I would like to find a tutor in Paris, Meaux or Riems with whom I could meet a few times one on one each time I am there with internet lessons in between. I specifically would like to meet with a teacher Monday and Tuesday, March 19-20. I will then not be back in person until September and possibly July. I have passed my A1 but consider myself still very much a beginner. My focus is on conversationa l French but I would eventually like to improve my grammar and to be able to read magazines, etc. with more ease. I have a bit of experience with French but I am really a beginner. My pronunciation is nonexistent. Even I can hear how bad my French is<giggle>. Perhaps, since i can 'hear' there's hope.
I am 'familiar ' with French.
I did attend a Summer Intensive at the University of Laval in Canada.
I would be very comfortable attempting to speak and being corrected.
Conversation is what i am mostly looking for.
