Greetings. My goal is to become more proficient in the German language.
My proficiency level is somewhat between advanced beginner & intermediate. I took German classes throughout middle school & high school but that was over 20 years ago.
I would like to learn better German because this language interests me & it is where my ancestors came from.
I suppose I need improvement in all areas, but being able to speak it well & fluidly is my main goal.
I would like to dedicate an hour every one or two weeks, depending on the costs involved.

I am inquiring for a friend who spoke German until the age of 7 and now doesn't (very, very little)! . . . He would like in person lessons for a trip in mid July. He is very motivated to learn!! The goal . . .to communicate with older generation family members who do not know english . . . more than just surface level talk!

I have taken German in High School for about two years and wish to continue my instruction. It has been about 15 years and I now travel to Europe frequently and wish to gain a fluency in German to start. I prefer face to face instruction, however I will entertain other proven options.
