I am definately a beginner. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science-World Politics from UW-Eau Claire. I currently work in Milwaukee. I would like to go to grad school for Middle Eastern Studies. However, I feel that I should at least have a basic understanding of the language before I go to graduate school. I am looking to be tutored for about two hours a week in the evenings. My schedule changes alot, however, I will accomodate a regular schedule for tutoring. I would like an experienced teacher.

I would like to learn the Arabic language (Middle East) and I would enroll in a class as a beginner. Currently, I am majoring in Journalism and American Military History and I would like to work in the Middle along the lines of military confrontation . I would like to participate in classes about 3 days a week but I realize the instructor probably has their own syllabus and class schedule. I am looking for an instructor who has a lot of background in the language who has had experience speaking it in the native country.
