Good evening.
I am interested in increasing my very basic knowledge of the Arabic language in order to better communicate with family members who only speak Arabic. I know basic phrases and have tried learning on my own with books and tutorials, but it is very frustrating when I have questions and there is no one to ask. I would like to be able to read, write, and hold conversations .

I plan on majoring in Linguistics. Currently I am Taking a begginners course in german, and through my martial arts instructor I am learning a bit of cantonese. Next year I plan to China, and in the future I plan on visiting many other counrties. I mainly would like to learn arabic for my own personel reasons (if your thinking terrorism you are absolutly wrong). If there are any teachers out there willing to help I will greatly appreciate it.
