I am studying Japanese as a hobby and I would like to eventually visit Tokyo. I am still a beginner, studying at the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
I need help with grammar, particles, and conjugations of verbs and adjectives. I would like to meet with a tutor at least 1-3 times a month, as I already attend class 2 times a week.
I would like a patient, experienced tutor who is willing to start with the basics of the areas in which I've stated that I need help.

W hy am I learning such a language? Out of deep interest.
The areas I feel I need improvement on: grammar, conversation, writing, and if possible, culture.
H ow much time would I dedicate? As much as I can. (minimum: 2-3 hours every lesson)
Wh at qualities you are looking for in your lessons or in your teacher? A teacher who isn't so rigid, a flexible teacher. A teacher who is more hands-on (but not so overwhelmingl y hands-on) rather than by the book. A teacher who can arouse cognitive thinking. A teacher who loves his or her job, a teacher with interest in his or her teaching. A teacher who has cultural knowledge of the language he or she teaches.
P referably, a teacher who loves manga.

I feel that my japanese ability is on the edge between beginner and intermediate. I'm want to learn the language because I would like for it to be my major and I started a little late so I would like to catch up to the other students in my class. I'm looking to work on both grammer and conversation but more on conversation. I would like to dedicate maybe 1-2 hours, two-three times a week.
