I am currently in Japan but moving back to the US. I am a beginner with almost no experience. My gf is Korean so I want to learn the language but I don't want her to be my teacher because I don't want it to affect our relationship. Just playing things safe.

I am a beginning learner of the Korean language. I can read Hangul, and I know basic words and phrases but I cannot speak or understand Koreans at all when they use their language.
I would like to learn Korean because I intend to move their next year to teach English, and additionally because I like Korean culture and movies. However I am enrolled in school already and working a part time job, so I feel like I cannot contribute enough time to my Korean self-study.
Personally I would like to devote more time to my speaking and writing skills since I feel this is where I need the most improvement.
