I want to learn Korean or Russian and want to learn preferably from someone who is fluent in either. I will be purchasing educational software to learn on my own time, but need to learn and listen to a native speaker.. I want to spend a lot of my personal time to learning and speaking and I am willing to commute a reasonable distance where we should have a good place to study like a park, or library.
