I want to learn Korean because it facinates me, and I would love to be able to read, understand and speak it.
I am a beginner.
I have not taken any previous classes for this language.
I would dedicate about an hour and a half up to two hours for my language lessons.
O ne quality that I would like in my teacher is that he/she is patient and will encourage me even though I might not grasp the context easily.

I am a beginner with the japanese and korean language. I have always been interested in learning the japanese and korean language. I work in the hotel and restaurant business so some japanese is helpful. My wife is korean but does not speak much english. If I learned korean I would be able to communicate with her better and I could also help her learn english better. I would like to improve on grammar, writing, and mostly conversation. I have only done self-study through books and conversations with japanese and korean friends. I am looking for a tutor who can help me get down the conversation basics, along with customs and courtesies.

I was born in Korea and was adopted by two loving American parents. They sent me to a Korean school when I was younger, however I never really learned the language. I am seriously dating a Korean woman who speaks it almost fluently and I want to be able to communicate better with her and her family. If possible I would like to become fluent in Korean. I am willing to work hard to accomplish this end. Hopefully we can work something out. I would like to dedicate at least one hour a week. The only thing i would ask of my teacher is to be able to teach me different vocabularly pertaining to the Catholic Faith.
