I am a professional of Indian background with an American upbringing and very basic Punjabi language skills, interested in weekly Punjabi tutoring over next two months (Dec 08 and Jan 09) and perhaps beyond, with goal of basic fluency for conversations with family members in America. Prefer to meet in my office or home in San Francisco, but can meet at other locations in the city. Would like to meet for 1-2 hours per week. Focus is on conversation rather than written Punjabi.

beginner, my husband is Indian and speaks Punjabi, I have been to India once and learned only a few phrases and want to learn more; I want to start the process of learning this Fall 2007 if possible and learn some basics to start with.
