I am studying Russian because I have a passion for learning languages, and I want to work in a field that allows to me to work with Russian Relations. I have been studying for 3 years, so I have mastered writing and reading, but speaking and grammar needs to be developed further. I have no problem with listening or comprehension . I am looking to devote 2-3 hours a week to lessons, and am looking for a professor that can assist me in becoming more comfortable speaking conversationa lly and willing to teach me vocabulary that is relevant and useful in my every day conversations .

I want to learn Russian for self-betterme nt, business and interest in the country's history and literature.
My level is probably intermediate.
I study on my own 6 hrs a week and need improvement in speaking and grammar. I would like to meet once a week for 2-3 hours.
I will only learn from a native speaker and prefer someone who has lived in Russia recently or keeps in close contact with the country by visits or TV or reading newspapers.
I only want to learn from a Russain, ie, not someone from Ukraine or one of the former Republics. Sorry but this is very important.

I am interested in re-learning my native language. I was born in Russia; however, when I was eleven years old I was adopted by an American couple and was brought to the United States. Since then I have given up speaking Russian in order to become fluent in English. I need help remembering Russian. I can read it however I don't understand what I'm reading. I can write in print. Cursive is a struggle though. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope I can find someone who is willing to help.

I am a beginner but have learned some basic words. My boyfriend is from Russia and we have been talking about me visiting Russia, also having children one day and I would like to learn his language. It would benefit me when I visit Russia, help to communicate with his family, and if a child ever happens, help the child learn russian and english. I prefer a in person class to learn. Thanks
