I am seeking to learn Russian because I am studying abroad in Russia next year and currently have no experience in the language. Although I will probably learn the majority of the language abroad, I hope to learn basic Russian in order to make the transition easier and to demonstrate to my new host family my eagerness to learn their language. I would like a friendly, patient teacher who is willing to work quickly and in an affordable way to reach goals.
