My family is relocating to Belgrade, Serbia in August and we would like to learn some basic Serbian before we go. We are complete beginners but do speak several Latin-based languages so we have experience in learning additional languages. We will be in Houston from June 28 - July 28 and would like classes on a daily or every-other-d ay basis, preferably between 9am and 3pm. We want a teacher that is strict and serious and will give us homework as we are very serious about learning Serbian before we move there.

The countries of the Balkans, as well as the Slavic languages, have always intrigued me. I'm working on a case study of the history and future of Bosnia and Herzegovina this year, with the intent to travel to BiH this next summer.
