I love learning; especially languages. I am half Puerto-Rican and have tried to learn Spanish on many different occasions and where I've managed to pick up quite a bit...it's not enough. I believe I am currently in the middle of the beginner-inte rmediate level. I would like to be fluent at a conversationa l level. I am will to dedicate as much time as needed so that I can learn quickly. I will be going to PR in the near future and would like to feel like I belong. I am a physician. I am interested in Medical mission trips to South America. I have been listening to Pimsleur's Spanish CDs. I am a beginner. I took French in high school. I need help with pronunciation . I am motivated to do self-study but I have little opportunity for conversation. I would like to meet 1 or 2 times a month. My schedule is very busy. I understand you have an instructor in Edwardsville, which is not very far from me.
