Description	Hello! My name is Melanie. I have taken 3 quarters of Spanish at the University of Denver and have been studying spanish via Rosetta Stone for the past 2 months. I am going to study abroad in Granada this coming fall semester - my flight leaves September 19 -. I am not very confident in my conversationa l skills and would love a chance to practice with a native student before I leave! I am looking for lessons that tailor more to 'impromtu' conversation abilities as well as learning more native 'slang'. Also, since I am going abroad I would love to learn about Spain, in particular, the culture and customs so I can avoid being an offensive American tourist! Since I don't have much time until I leave, I would like to talk to you about how much time I should dedicate to lessons. I f my computer has a built-in microphone, will I still need a headset? I understand if I do, but I would prefer avoiding the cost of purchasing one.
