I have been attempting to learn by listening to various CD programs and and by reading Spanish on my own. I feel I need a conversationa l tutor to take my learning to the next level. I use Spanish on the hob a little and wish to travel extensively in Latin America with greater ease. Also, I wish to broaden my knowledge of another culture and have fun.

I'm an American born Latino who understands Spanish pretty well but needs someone who can help me develop fluency. I am able to do the 'book work' fairly easily, but I need to immerse myself in Spanish so I can practice. I live close to the border so I am flexible when it comes to scheduling time to learn. I'd like a teacher who is easy going to guild and help me in a fast and effective manner. I'm a teacher by profession and need someone who is logical and systematic in their approach to teaching functional conversationa l second language acquisition.
