Hello. I am looking for someone in the Orlando, Fl area would gives Urdu language lessons. I am interested in a live, in person teaching. I have been teaching myself basic Urdu vocabulary, and basic Phrases, for a little over 6 months now. I need extra help with conversation. I am vey serious about learning the language and would pay money for a tutor. Idealy, I would like to meet in person roughly once or twice a week. I am looking for a teacher who will help me learn via flashcards, weekly quizzes, etc... Thank you!!

My name is Lindsey and i am currently living in Orlando, Florida. I am married to a man from Pakistan (who speaks Urdu & Punjabi). Although my husband speaks english all of his family does not. I am extremely interested in learning Urdu to communicate with the family and to be able to be confident in myself when we move to Pakistan one day. I have a few children books and a computer software program. I watch alot of foriegn films and listen to alot of urdu speakers. I can speak/underst and quite a bit of phrases and words but cannot speak too many full sentences. I would love to meet someone who can really help me learn this lovely language and help me speak with my in-laws. I am a Stay at Home mother of a 1 month old baby but i have alot of time on my hands and am VERY flexible in shedules.
