After teaching English to elementary, middle school, high school and adult students in one-on-one classes, I have found that this style of learning a second language is best. We can practice basic Chinese conversation, using simple sentence patterns and vocabulary. I will provide engaging class materials that cater to each student's level and interests.

After studying the four skills of Mandarin Chinese for three years and living in Taiwan for six, I have a keen insight to learning Chinese language and culture. Although native English speakers encounter certain grammar and pronunciation issues, reading and writing Chinese characters are equally challenging; through learning simple dialog, reading short sentences and writing common characters, these challenges can be overcome.
