Teaching Approach

I have an ability to teach, motivate and direct students while maintaining high interest and achievement. I always individualize my instruction. I develop and adjust curriculum to accomodate individual needs.
I always try to make my lessons interesting and applicable to real life.

Program Description

I've got more than 10 years of experience working as a teacher in Russia and in the US. I've got Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with teaching major in Foreign Language Instruction (English and German); and Master of Arts degree in English.
I plan my lessons using a wide variety of teaching aids, strategies and thematic units. I also launched a successful program for adults to learn English for business. I work with different age groups.
