De pending on the students demands I suggest certain course books (or provide them) so that self-study is also possible after class. I provide my own materials such as word lists, tables, worksheets, information sheets, videos, audio files etc. In addition to course books I also use magazines, journals and newspapers in class to give you an intensive connection to the culture, mentality and current situation in Germany. The selected material is always based on the needs and interests of the learners.
The fastest way to learn a language is with fun and curiosity in an environment free of fear. I see myself as a partner who supports you in learning the German language. That is why I pay attention to a pleasant and stress-free learning atmosphere in both face-to-face classes and online classes.
T he teaching materials I made were developed according to the principle of mnemonics. An effective technique that makes remembering easier. For example, grammar rules or vocabulary are represented by pictures, verse or songs. I also use games, riddles and puzzles that help with vocabulary, rules and pronunciation . In addition I support the learning process through various activities. For example role plays, interviews, project work, quizzes.
T he culture in the German-speaki ng countries offers more opportunities for topics of conversation and activities, which also helps my learners to strengthen their German language.
For more than 15 years I offer successfully individual linguistic courses.

Teaching Experience

In the years 1999 to 2006 I gave private lessons to foreigners in Germany. I worked with children, teenager and adults. Mostly one-to-one and sometimes small groups.
La ter I was able to gain experience in Asia (India, Thailand, Philippines) with private students. I prepared them for various language tests and examination (Goethe-Zerti fikat A1-B2 / Test DaF / DSH).
Sinc e February 2009 I am in Taiwan. I teached German at several language schools in Taichung but also gave German courses at Universitys. In the last seven years I am teacher at a language school in Hsinchu with one-to-one and group lessons (face-to-face and online). I am also the individual language teacher for private individuals (trade, business, study and exam preparation).

Cost of Lessons

700 ~ 1200 NT$ per hour. Depends on the distance to the teaching location, the language level, how many students attend the class and what the students like to learn. The teaching material is included in this price. A discount is possible if several lessons per week.
Fees are the same for both, online lessons and live-in-perso n lessons.
