My name is Junko Sakata. I am a qualified teacher with several years of experience teaching Japanese at various institutions to students ranging from primary school age to professional adults. I can easily tailor my lessons to meet your needs and interests.
For my private students in the past, I have customised lessons on:
- Keigo (honorific speech);
- Business Japanese;
- Preparation courses for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT);
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) exams, etc.
If you are a high school or university student, I can also assist you with:
- grammar/sente nce structures;
- homework/assi gnments;
- reading/revie wing;
- exam preparation and revision.

Skype lessons are available to anyone outside of Brisbane; you will need a Skype account with good internet connection. Please email me for an enquiry.

In this lesson you will be introduced to some useful greetings and manners, and the history of Japanese writing scripts: hiragana, katakana and kanji.
● IN PERSON LESSON:
60 mins $35; 90 mins $50; 120 mins $65
- Booking 10 lessons in advance: 10% discount. (= 1 free lesson)
Each lesson comes with comprehensive learning materials.
