I would define myself as a very creative person who is able to ensure varied lessons and motivate my students. My strong initiative and exceptional organisation skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced teaching environment. Furthermore, I am capable of simplifying lesson plans to achieve curriculum objectives without sacrificing quality.
I have developed many valuable skills while teaching diverse groups of students including both children with learning disabilities and gifted children. I am adept at individualizi ng the curriculum to meet each child's different needs and designing resourceful lesson plans that accommodate differing learning abilities and interests. I adopt a communicative teaching approach; I apply this method in the classroom through interactive, student-cente red activities that maximize “student talk time.” I scaffold my lessons so that they include pair and group work, as well as movement around the classroom. By engaging students in speaking, grammar, writing, listening, and reading and appealing to diverse learning styles, I help them improve their accuracy and fluency across key skill areas. I enjoy being creative and implementing new ideas and approaches to improve the learning environment for my students. I want my students to experience meaningful, interesting learning that applies to their lives. I believe this can be accomplished through the use of hands-on/mind s-on activities, cooperative learning, an integrated curriculum, and, when possible, technology and the internet.

I plan every signle lesson. Reading, Writing, listening, Speaking and Mediating are all the competencies that students need to practice in order to become fluent in a foreign language but of course I always try to meet the needs of every single student.
