The one-to-one classes I offer here are the best way to progress as much as possible during a stay. These classes are tailored to suit the needs of each individual student, who has 100% input into the design and planning of each class. How can I start?
It's easy! You just have to fill in the free trial lesson form here and I will contact you to determine a good date and time for us to meet. If you prefer, you can also book lessons directly without having to take the trial class.
Wha t is the trial lesson?
The trial lesson is completely free and lasts approximately 20 minutes. During this time we will meet and see what needs and objectives you have.
What is my Spanish lesson like?
First, Spanish classes for children and adults are offered, which differ in their methodology. The duration of the classes for teenagers and adults is 55 minutes, while for children it is around 25-30 minutes, depending on their age and development stage. All courses are based on the interests, needs, and objectives of each learner and have a very dynamic, practical, and playful nature.
Wh at methodology is used in the classes?
Sin ce children and adults learn differently, the approach to learning will differ in terms of duration, structure, materials, dynamics, etc.
As for children, materials and activities will be adapted to their level and age, always taking into account their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Mainly, they will work on projects related to their interests and knowledge pertaining to their particular development stage.
Alter natively, teenagers and adults will work with materials appropriate to their language level, interests, and objectives. Being a private and tailor-made class, you'll be able to share your specific goals with me and I will adapt the lesson to fit your needs, incorporating your previous knowledge as a starting point. Recognizing the skills you already possess in your native language, and perhaps others as well will help you in your comprehension of how the Spanish language works. My goal is that as you immerse yourself fully in the Spanish language, you'll understand how your language works in relation to Spanish, thereby avoiding common linguistic errors.
Wh at communication platforms are used?
First, all the communication platforms that we use are both free and easily accessible. For example, we might use Skype, Hangouts (through gmail) or zoom (which has a whiteboard). Once you reserve the classes, we will agree on a date and time that we can connect via the chosen platform, either through normal access or through the link that I will provide to you. Remember: all platforms are very easy to use. Both your children and you will have no problem learning Spanish online.
Ar e the lessons individual or can they be in a group?
In general, Spanish classes are individual with the objective of covering the needs and objectives of the student. However, working with small groups would be considered.
How much time is needed to improve the level of Spanish?
It all depends on the context and the frequency in which Spanish is learned. For both children and adults, the greater the contact and interaction with the Spanish language, the greater the learning. Do not forget that a very important factor is the motivation to learn Spanish. This will make you enjoy the lessons and learn at a faster pace. My purpose is that you feel motivated at all times.
H ow do I pay for the classes?
Pay ment for the lessons can be made via bank transfer or with Paypal, both of which are fast and safe payment methods. When you book the lessons here, I will immediately send you an email informing you of the two payment options, how they work and what my Paypal and bank account, in order to make the corresponding payment. All lessons will be paid for in advance. Lesson changes may be made, but refunds will not be issued.
Ho w can I cancel or change a lesson?
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give 24 hours' advanced notice. This will allow me to restructure my work schedule in order to offer you the best service.
W hat happens if I'm late for class?
It can happen to all of us. If possible, please notify me via email in the event that you are running late. Once the class begins, the remaining time will be calculated at 50 minutes. That is, if you arrive 10 minutes late, 40 minutes of class will be taught.
Wh at happens if I don't show up for the class?
Ideal ly, please let me know if you will not be able to attend class, even if it's only 1 hour before. In principle, if you have not been notified 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be given.
Do class packages expire?
The idea is that they do not expire.
