I am a native of India, so I know Hindi and English. Since I live in Spain, so I know Spanish. Thus, I can deal with a student speaking any of these languages. I can explain you in Hindi, Enlgish and Spanish, so you do not have to worry that you have to know only English for learning a foreign language.
