Although I like studying grammar, my teaching experience has taught me that it may not be everyone's coup of tea; what is really important when it come to learning a new language is the practical goal one has in mind for it, and that is where my teaching departs.
Alo ngside academic duties, any other interest it can be the key to change one's view about the learning of a language and therefore I focus a lot of my method on these personal interests. Pronunciation and grammar are essential in order to master a language to a decent level, but keeping the motivation up is just as critical. I have been teaching for more than 5 years, and I have collected several success with this method.

I am very fond of 1-to-1 lessons because they give the opportunity to both teacher and student to focus properly on the object of study.
I am fully aware that the most difficult part, when it comes to learning a language, is speaking. For this reason, my approach is more focused on speaking from lesson 1 with activities which resemble actual situation that might be useful for the student.
Als o, the program will be made in agreement with the student and according to his/her needs (academic or not), and so that he/she will find it more comfortable and clear. Finally, cross-teachin g is also an opportunity due to the similarities between latin languages like Italian and Spanish.

I have been tutoring students of a wide range of age (from 6 to 18+) for more than 10 years, supporting them in subjects like English, Italian, and Spanish language.
Fr om September 2020 I have been working as a Teacher in an english school in North London, where I could improve even more my teaching skills.

My teaching schedule is quite flexible during the week, but I will be available the most in the mornings (Italian time) rather than evening/after noon. I think this is a considerable advantage to all those students who live in the Eastern side of the world and who could benefit from the time difference. Nevertheless, don't hesitate to contact me directly to have a confirmation about my availability.
Regarding my payment policy, for obvious reasons I will rely on digital transfers methods (like Paypal). The payment should be done before class but, for those who will request it, it will be possible to arrange a speacial prize for a pack of lessons.
Why should you contact me?
Because I am an experienced teacher who likes new challenges and getting in contact with new cultures from across the world. I am currently self-studying two other languages myself (Chinese and Japanese) and therefore I know very well the amount of stressful effort students must put into language learning.. That is why I try to create a more relazing and funny environment for my studentsm without the social pressure or the embarassment that sometimes arise during group classes.
