Professional, Friendly, and Effective If your goal is to learn Spanish, then Alejandra is your best choice. Her approachability and dedication to helping learners improve set her apart from the rest. She even sent me every new word that came up during our talks, and every sentence of mine that she corrected or helped me with, so I could make flashcards out of them. Out of the thousands of hours I've spent learning languages, this has been the easiest time I've ever had improving in my chosen language. Nothing beats having a native speaker who knows what they're doing and is dedicated to your success accompany you on your language learning journey. Over the course of 27 classes (and very little self study) I went from "Aquí?" and "Quiero agua." to being able to have a decent conversation in Spanish about our daily lives, which is a massive improvement considering how small the time investment on my end was. My only prior experience with Spanish was picking up a couple words from living in Texas and doing a couple lessons on Duolingo a couple years ago. A lot of the teachers and tutors I have experience with aren't able to properly balance professionalism, friendliness, and effectiveness, but Alejandra was able to keep the lessons moving forward at a good pace while creating a comfortable environment to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn. I will always wholeheartedly recommend Alejandra to anybody who wants to study Spanish. Whatever your language goals, achieving them will be much easier with her assistance.
