As I have a lot of experience about communicating with people and especially young children and also I really enjoy teaching I know how to control the class and teach them that they can easily follow me. For example:
*I encourage them to team working
*for mathematics problems I'll give them different projects, problems and quizzes to improve their skill in this situation
*for literature I'll use different kinds of flash cards with interesting and colorful images for learning new words and also small stories or short movies for studying more
*moreover I am flexible enough so I definitely use the experiences of my colleagues to improve myself
