Speak more, listen more, ask more is the basic to study any language. Chinese has its unique spelling, writing...and all come from the ancient Chinese culture. For example, ºÃ means good in English, but how to understand what it means it Chinese and how to pronouce it? From two ways:
1. "HAO" is the pronunciation of ºÃ¡£
2. In the old days, what is good stand for a family? It would be having a son and a daughter stand for the meaning of good.
More examples can be examplained. Learning Chinese is not only helping you to improve your own ability, but also to study another country's culture. |

find out those words and sentences students know already and make extension of these basics for every individual case. so, students may have different beginning points but finally use mandarin well when they talk to a chinese. for the beginners, it is similar the same but teach the correct pronunciation and frequently useful words first. |
