To learn Spanish can be fun and easy if every educational materials are correctly used and every aspect of language (grammar, vocabulary, pronuntiation , fluency, listening skills, etc.) are equally shown in each lesson. To learn with my method let the student get an equilibrated improvement in his/her knowledges of Spanish language.

I try to understand the students' background in learning a language and the goal we set and make sure tha it is reached by the end of the session. I gear to conversationa l approach while teaching structure , pronunciatio, reading, and writing as well. Conversing one to one is good for interaction and comprehension using daily practical language, while adding culture about the country and the people. |

Our teaching method takes full account of modern didactics and is oriented toward the "Foreign Language Concept of the Council of Europe", observing all instructions that the Real Academia de la Lengua recommends. We use the Direct Method and at school, like during free time, spoken language is emphasized from the first day on. At all levels, only Spanish will be spoken.
Du ring free time we promote integration between students and Dominican people, organizing culture activities every nights where a number of trained Dominican friends are invited.

The best way to master a foreign language is to get immerse in it and promote the thought processing of that language. Learning a language means also learning a culture. I have found that make the students participate and get involved, is the fastest way for them to learn, and teaching is a two-ways process. |
