My teaching approach is communication -based: it means that my lessons encompass every linguistic ability (reading, writing, listening with a focus on speaking),and start from a real-life situation or conversation topic that serves both as a motivational element and as a linguistic model, to anchor grammatic contents to their use in the spoken language.
I also use an "inductive" teaching, meaning I prefer to lead the student to an autonomous (altough guided) comprehension of grammatic structures. |
