The best approach to help the student master a foreign language is help him realize the wonderful outcomes that he will be able to experience by learning this language. Knowing such outcomes will flicker his interest in learning the language and once a person already has the interest and passion, then learning will come next to it. Being friendly to the student would also be great but along with this attitude comes boundaries and limitations so that the student will learn not only the language but also values and manners that will shape him holistically. |

The exams(written and oral) will be conducted after every five lessons and the progress report of the students will be maintained. Based on the progress report,the students will be given extra/special classes(indiv udual)which is free of cost. More home works and the group works will be assigned to further strengthen the students' communication (spoken). |

What I can do can be unique because :
- English is a language, so it has grammar and as well has flexibility. Some students can easily understand or realize the lessons. Others can hardly follow their colleagues in the class and this is their problems in general.
