Teaching approach:	I use the so called "natural approch", as here the meaning is in the centre of language learning -not the grammar rules,because teaching of grammar rules and giving definitions of new vocabulary do not generate interest in students. I also prefer "Task-based learning" TBL which gives students opportunities for trying out language. I teach MPFA and use CCQs. I always make a lesson plan which helps me visualize my goals. I use different techniques like: pair work, group work, mingling, visual aids, board work ect. which help students to understand the target language and the course of whole lesson better.
