Teaching approach:	I use a Communicative and Lexical Approach to teaching. My lessons always have a clear aim and the students comes out of it knowing exactly what they need to study to make the most of their lesson. Most of the exercises I use are student-cente red which gives the learner lots of speaking practice. The lessons are very well-structur es to ensure a focused and logical approach to learning.
