I use musics, poetry and short movies to my students have daily contact with the Brazilian and Portuguese culture.
I just progress with lesson when the student have really learned, if he/she have any difficult with the language I'll suggest exercises and texts to improve. Students who want have a good development I encourage daily dedication on their own.

The classes are adapted to your knowledge level, as well as your goals.
We will go through gramma lessons but focus mostly on speaking, listening and vocabulary.
I encourage an interest to Brazilian culture and history, so I will also share with you my experience of being a Brazilian and living and working there most part of my live. I use music, news and books.
I have been abroad from almost 10 years and visited over 40 countries. I am very international -minded and sometimes I will use what I know from other countries and languages familiar to you to better explain the Portuguese language and the Brazilian life-style.
