Well the approach that i have to offer to help a student master a foreign language is to teach the student how to study and apply the language in practical everday life.The student must in a way have fun while learning. Friendship with the student and the teacher is also important. This will help the student to be more comfortable in learning a foreign language. My program/lesso ns are unique because there will be a calendar for the student to follow so that
he can monitor his progress while studying.Conv ersation classes are also done to apply all the concepts learned in grammar.I also have TOEIC and TOEFL lessons. |

Students' activities and progress can be videotaped which they can view and review during their free time. A copy can be transferred to a VCD or DVD.
Students can stay in the house of a Filipino family to observe and interact. They can also visit schools and interact with students.
Students can be accompanied in tours if necessary. A vehicle is available all the time if they want to relax and have fun. Continues learning even during driving and touring.

The approach will be very informal. I do away with the norms because this will make the students bored. The instructions will be dealt with according to the needs and will surely suit the needs of the students. Introduction of songs,and short stories will surely make the students propertly motivated. I believe that learning languages should not not only be educational, it should also be interesting and fun. It is never easy to learn a foreign language and as one grows older, the ability to learn it decreases.
As one gets older, it becomes harder to memorize phrases and even more so, to remember when they're appropriate to use. So this has to be taken into consideration as well when teaching someone a foreign language.
I am fluent in both English and Tagalog, both in its spoken and written form. As a native of my country the Philippines, I can also offer lessons on how to conduct one's self in my country. I can educate people who want to visit the country as to the social etiquette and taboos. If you only wish to learn enough to be able to converse with Filipinos, then I can adjust lessons according to your needs. If you wish to be really profficient especially grammatically , then I will cater to your needs.
