I use the direct method wherein the teacher models the dialogue or script, and then engages with the students using the dialogue. The final step involves the teacher having the students speak the dialogue or script to each other or eliciting the script or dialogue from the students I have a neutral American Accent. |

I prepare lesson plans for every session however I also believe in being flexible in dealing with students as the situation can change very quickly in the classroom. Flexibility is also necessary because each student has different values and attitudes and the teacher must consider this in his teaching approach in order to build rapport and to properly elicit the lesson from the student. It is also good to be firm, but not strict, in order to properly guide the students toward achieving comprehension and accuracy. This approach also creates a more harmonious learning environment for all involved. |

I create individual lesson plans based on the needs of each of my students. I teach online via e-mail, text chat and voice chat. At the end of every session I usually give Exercises to gauge the student's comprehension . Assignments are sent via e-mail. I am available from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. |
